Orders for Military Donations
The military orders are a straight $25 donation. Because there is no product to deliver, please make sure you collect the money at the time of the order. Your unit and the scout earn full commission and prizes based on these orders.
When it is time to place your unit order, there will be a blank for that just like any other product. You will put the number of $25 donations you received in that blank. Trail’s End will then send the product directly to an organization called SupportOurTroops.org and they will distribute the popcorn to our men and women serving in the military in America and overseas. We do not have any discretion as to which military unit the popcorn is sent to...that organization is a non-profit that works to support these families and they have a system for distribution.
On the council website, http://www.circle10.org/programs/popcorn.html, you can download a Military Order Thank You card that you can print and give to customers when they place their orders. It’s a really nice gesture for Scouts to be able to give them something in return for their order. Also you can download an order form that is strictly for the Military Order if you have a use for that.
